OS Generation Group provided a compelling commercial proposal for an on-site generation solution which consisted of a 50kW Combined Heat & Power (CHP) solution, with all capital and operational costs covered by OS Generation Group over the life of the partnership.
The energy generated by the CHP systems is charged back to The Abbey Hotel at a discounted rate set against the prevailing rates charged by the current utility providers in the form of a Power Purchase Agreement (PPA).
A secondary phase will potentially see OS Generation group integrating Solar PV, EV Charging and Battery Storage into the Abbey’s energy solutions, further enhancing their sustainability credentials.
